Salman Khan has one of the biggest screen presence in the Indian film industry and he has created his own niche of movies that is a cocktail of action, romance and comedy. While the superstar has spent over 3 decades in the film industry, he has never walked into the shoes of a real-life character. But it is going to change with Rajkumar Gupta’s next.

According to reports close to the actor, he has been approached by filmmaker Rajkumar Gupta to play a real-life character in his next spy thriller. After the primary narration, the actor has given his nod to do the first biopic of his career. Reportedly, the movie will be based on the life and adventures of the Indian spy, Ravindra Kaushik. Ravindra is also famously known as the Black Tiger for his heroic and shocking stories.

Rajkumar has reportedly done extensive research on the spy for over 5 years and he will be recreating his tales in the era of 70s and 80s. Earlier Salman Khan’s blockbuster spy franchise, Ek Tha Tiger, was alleged to be based on the life journey of Ravindra Kaushik, however, it turned out to be a fictional story. However, the makers are trying to not title the upcoming biopic as Black Tiger to keep it as a standalone movie.
