Amid rising concerns about leaked content, Shah Rukh Khan’s production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, is taking stringent measures. The upcoming movie Jawan, set to hit theatres on September 7th, faced leaks and resulted in legal action against five individuals held responsible. Such incidents are prompting heightened vigilance across the film industry, as evidenced by the creators of Prabhas’ much-awaited movie Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, scheduled for release on September 28th.
The makers of Salaar are guarding their project’s secrecy with a unique approach. In a bid to ensure the film’s security during the final stages of post-production, they have chosen an unconventional location for these activities – a village in Karnataka. This decision was driven by the recognition that leaks can emerge from unexpected sources, even with established safeguards in place.
Director Prashanth Neel is leading this strategy, relocating the crucial post-production activities to Basroor village, Karnataka, where the film’s music director, Ravi Basrur, has his studio. While Ravi supervises background scoring and music composition, Prashanth is dedicated to shaping the trailer and overseeing the overall post-production process.
Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire promises an unprecedented visual spectacle, complemented by a gripping background score, all set to captivate audiences on the big screen. This film marks the highly anticipated collaboration between director Prashanth Neel, known for KGF, and the Baahubali sensation, Prabhas.
While the film’s promotional campaign is yet to commence, a glimpse has been offered to the audience through a teaser. The makers now turn their attention to crafting the official trailer, slated for release in the initial week of September. The team intends to orchestrate a significant promotional campaign in conjunction with the trailer launch, building excitement and anticipation among eager audiences.
