Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput left for his heavenly abode on June 14 followed by a furore at the social media networks. While the actor allegedly committed suicide, many investigation agencies are probing the case for months but haven’t reached any conclusion. Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty, who has been labelled as the prime suspect in the case by popular media, has been trying to come clear of the accusations made against her.
The actress, who spent nearly a month in jail over procuration of drugs, recently filed an FIR against the sisters of the late actor. In the complaint, she mentioned that Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh had forged medical prescription and advised the late actor to administer banned medicines. Now, Satish Maneshinde, lawyer of Rhea Chakraborty, has reportedly issued a statement mentioning the reason why Rhea walked out of Sushant Singh Rajput’s house on June 8.
The lawyer has reportedly stated that Sushant Singh Rajput communicated with his sister Priyanka Singh on June 8 regarding the wrongfully prescribed medicines. He further mentioned that the late actor had consulted multiple doctors and all of them had advised him to abstain from drugs owing to his mental health. He further adds that when Rhea Chakraborty suggested Sushant to follow the advice of his doctors, he refused which lead the actress walking out of his house on June 8 as per his wishes.
