Ranveer Singh has been making headlines with back to back hit movies and was last seen spitting fire from his mic in the musical drama movie Gully Boy. The latest update is that the actor has bagged another big project under the Yash Raj Films banner.

There were earlier speculations that Ranveer might lead the humorous entertainer of debutant director Divyaang Thakkar, but he has now confirmed the news and expressed his
gratitude to be reunited with Maneesh Sharma who produced his debut movie Band Baaja Baaraat. Revealing some details of the upcoming comedy-drama movie, ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’, Ranveer said that the film is all about a big heart and to deliver a message in the most entertaining way. As per insights, he nodded for the project just after reading the movie script, which is a ‘miracle script’ according to him.

The movie will be the directorial debut of Divyaang Thakkar and will be bankrolled by the Yash Raj Films. The shooting will be carried out in the state of Gujarat and it will be Singh’s next release after his much-awaited biographical movie of former Indian cricket captain Kapil Sharma, 83.

Apart from Jayeshbhai Jordaar and 83, the actor will also be seen in Karan Johar’s multi-starrer Takht, in which he will share screen space with Anil Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bhumi Pednekar and Jahnvi Kapoor.
