Karan Johar’s ambitious trilogy, Brahmastra, has been in the production for years now and fans have been eagerly waiting to get the first look of the movie. However, the ongoing pandemic slowed down the making of the movie but the fans can rejoice as the movie inches towards completion.

According to a source close to the development of the movie, leads Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will be shooting their last schedule for the movie 18 February onwards before they call it a wrap. The report suggests that Ranbir and Alia will be reuniting at the sets of Brahmastra to finish patchwork for the movie and the makers will be announcing the release date of the movie.

The first instalment of the three-movie series was earlier scheduled to release in December last year but it was postponed owing to the nationwide-lockdown imposed by the government to curb the spread of Coronavirus. Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, Brahmastra stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in the leads along with Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in pivotal roles.
