According to industry insiders, the talented actor is gearing up to portray the iconic leader Bhagat Singh in an upcoming project, generating excitement within the industry.

Sources close to the development reveal that Rajkummar Rao is deeply passionate about the project and eagerly awaits the opportunity to bring the revolutionary leader Bhagat Singh to life. Currently, in the early stages of development, a team of writers is conducting extensive research on Bhagat Singh’s life, while Rajkummar actively participates in the script development process, treating it as a personal pet project.

The project aims to present Bhagat Singh’s story in a unique way, diverging from the conventional film format. The team is exploring the long-form format to delve deeper into the narrative. However, the project is still in its nascent stage, and the writing process alone is expected to take another 6 to 8 months.
