Businessman Raj Kundra created a lot of controversy on his name after he was arrested for allegedly producing and streaming adult movies. After spending over a month in jail, the businessman has finally been granted from the Mumbai court on a surety of Rs. 50 thousand.

For the unversed, Raj Kundra was named in an alleged racket of producing obscene content and streaming them through the apps of his company. However, as shocking as the news when first came out, the latest development suggests that his name was falsely implicated in the case. After the investigation agency filed a supplementary charge sheet against Raj and three others in relation to the case, it was learnt that no evidence has been found against the businessman.

Raj Kundra has been granted bail and he is expected to walk out of the jail on Tuesday morning following the paperwork and other formalities. The investigation so far shows that Raj Kundra was made a ‘scapegoat’ and dragged in the case without any involvement in any offence. Further, he is not even related to the process of uploading or broadcasting the alleged questionable content, the bail plea added.
