Prince Narula said that Rupesh was living in Toronto with a family and he went on a beach with them and his friend. The family came back home early but he stayed with his friend for a while. When his friend went to the parking lot to pull out his car, he heard people shouting that someone is drowning. Prince said that they tried to save him but it was too late. Rupesh Narula didn’t know to swim properly.
