Salman Khan, who is currently busy shooting for the Prabhu Deva directorial, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, had earlier announced the third instalment to his blockbuster Tiger Zinda Hai franchise. However, the movie reportedly hit the back burner after his fall out with renowned filmmakers Kabir Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar, who had directed the earlier instalments.

While the next movie in the much-loved actioner franchise was speculated to be helmed by Kabir Khan or Ali Abbas Zafar, the project reportedly fell into the hands of Prabhu Deva. Prabhu Deva, who directed Salman Khan in his recent release, Dabangg 3, and is currently working with him for his next cop-drama, Radhe, is currently his favourite director in the industry.

If reports are to be believed, Salman Khan has approached the filmmaker to do the director’s hat for the next instalment in the Tiger franchise. When contacted the choreographer-turned-director, Prabhu Deva said that it is too early to comment on the project and confirm anything, which apparently hints that we might get a third collaboration of the actor-director duo in a row.

Meanwhile, starring Salman Khan alongside Disha Patani and Randeep Hooda in the prominent characters, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai is slated to release on the 22nd day of May.
