While we have seen Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Shawn Mendes, Ellen DeGeneres have played a major role in helping set fundraisers, next in the queue has been International pop star Camila Cabello who has encouraged everyone to help India by making donations to help the country amid the heart-shattering second wave of Covid-19 pandemic.

Cabello posted a video message on her Instagram handle in which she gives information to millions of her fans and followers and urges them to help the people amid the crises. Through the video, she informed how India is facing a devastating second wave of Covid. She talked about the record of 18 million cases that have been reported and how the healthcare system has collapsed simply does not have enough resources to provide care and medical facilities for everybody.

She tells that people in India are in urgent need of protective equipment, oxygen and medicine to save lives their lives and the lives of their loved ones. Along with this, Cabello mentioned in her caption India needs resources due to COVID infections and everyone must support to help save the lives of the people. She insists her followers try their best to help if they can and pleads them to support Jay Shetty raise $1M for the Give India organisation. She also mentions to India Spora and says that each dollar will be doubled so one must try their best to make a difference.

The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare claims that currently, India has recorded 3,92,488 new Covid-19 cases and 3,689 fatalities, which is the highest daily death toll due to COVID infections. India’s total tally of Covid-19 cases is 1,95,57,457, the highest count since the first wave of pandemic started in 2020, was 33,49,644 active cases and 2,15,542 deaths so far.
