The trailer of Salman Khan’s much talked about movie ‘Notebook’ launching two new comers Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal in the lead is out and promises to be a soul stirring unusual love story.
Produced by Salman Khan films and directed by Nitin Kakkar, the movie chronicles around the simple yet unusual story of two strangers Firdaus (Pranutan) and Kabir (Zaheer) who fall in love, without having met each other, but form a connect through a ‘Notebook’.
The trailer takes us through a far off remote area in the troubled valley of Kashmir where in Firdaus teaches 7 Kashmiri kids with whom she shares a deep bond, but she has to make a tough choice between them and her upcoming marriage.
As a replacement to her, Kabir an ex-army officer is appointed as their new teacher, who initially faces coldness from the kids, but is later on accepted with open arms by them. It’s here when Kabir finds Firdaus’s Notebook and falls irrevocably in love with her and starts penning his feelings for her in the same.
The seven kids and the notebook play a huge catalyst in their unique and unusual love story, however soon the breezy sneak peek into their love tale takes an ugly turn and we are left with a cliff hanger. The trailer surely captures your mind and heart with it’s poetic narrative and landscape, leaving you asking for more.
The movie is also all set to reprise the super hit song ‘Bumroo’ from Mission Kashmir starring Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta. Don’t miss out on some promising performances by Pranutan and Zaheer in this picturesque love tale, all set to release on 29th March.
