From courtroom dramas to gangster sagas, from light-hearted comedies to war stories, the upcoming slate promises something for every viewer.
Here are the projects that stood out the most.
Ikka
This gripping courtroom drama stars Sunny Deol, Akshaye Khanna, Dia Mirza, Tillotama Shome, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Shishir Sharma, and Akansha Ranjan. Directed by Siddharth P Malhotra, the story follows a highly respected and incorruptible lawyer who is forced to defend a man accused of murder. The twist is that the same man once had his career destroyed by the lawyer himself. What follows is a tense battle of morals, power, and survival.
Super Subbu
Netflix’s first Telugu original series is a quirky comedy of errors. Directed by Mallik Ram, the show stars Sundeep Kishan, Mithila Palkar, Murali Sharma, Maanasa Choudhary, and Getup Srinu. The story revolves around an unlucky school teacher who unexpectedly gets assigned to teach sex education in a conservative village, leading to chaos, laughter, and social commentary.
Hum Hindustani
Written and directed by Rahul Dholakia, this historical drama stars Saif Ali Khan, Pratik Gandhi, Deepak Dobriyal, Mimi Chakraborty, Sarika, and Shraddha Dangar. The series is inspired by true events that unfolded during the early days of independent India and explores themes of identity, freedom, and unity.
Legacy
This Tamil gangster series is directed by Charukesh Sekar and features R Madhavan, Abhishek Banerjee, Nimisha Sajayan, Gautham Karthik, and Gulshan Devaiah. The story follows an ageing crime lord who receives a chilling prophecy about his downfall. As enemies close in, he fights to protect his empire, his family, and the legacy he built.
Chumbak
A light hearted slice of life comedy created by Aatish Kapadia and JD Majethia, Chumbak boasts an ensemble cast including Neena Gupta, Deven Bhojani, Amyra Dastur, Anant V Joshi, Sumeet Vyas, Manasi Parekh, Arjun Bijlani, Helly Shah, Sumeet Raghavan, and Sandeepa Dhar. The release date is yet to be announced.
Mismatched Season 4
Rohit Saraf, Prajakta Koli, Vidya Malvade, Rannvijay Singha, Ahsaas Channa, Taaruk Raina, Muskkaan Jaferi, and Abhinav Sharma return for the final chapter of the popular college romance series. Season four will conclude the journey of the beloved characters.
Lust Stories Season 3
The new season brings together celebrated filmmakers Vikramaditya Motwane, Kiran Rao, Shakun Batra, and Vishal Bharadwaj. Mamla Legal Hai Season 2
The popular courtroom comedy is back with a new season. Kusha Kapila joins the cast, which also includes Ravi Kishan, Nidhi Bisht, Naila Grrewal, Anant Joshi, Anjum Batra, and Dinesh Lal Yadav. The story follows the lawyers of Patparganj as they face new cases and hilarious courtroom drama, with Ravi Kishan’s character now serving as a judge.
Maa Behen

Operation Safed Sagar
This military drama is based on a real Indian Air Force mission during the Kargil war. Directed by Oni Sen, the series stars Siddharth, Jimmy Shergill, Abhay Verma, Dia Mirza, Prajakta Koli, Adil Hussain, Mihir Ahuja, Taaruk Raina, Arnav Bhasin, and Amrita Bagchi.
