Shah Rukh Khan’s collaboration with renowned filmmaker Atlee has been in the news for years and the alleged film was supposed to materialize earlier. However, due to the pandemic, the plans were pushed, but the project is finally in production and according to the latest report, Nayanthara has been brought on board to play the female lead opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
According to a report close to the development of the project, the makers are trying to bring together superstars from different industries to make it the biggest pan-India movie. Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Atlee were in talks with Nayanthara for some time now and the actress has finally given her nod to the out and out entertainer film.
The movie will mark Nayanthara’s third collaboration with Atlee after Raja Rani and Bigil. While Shah Rukh Khan is reported to be playing a double role in the movie, details of Nayanthara’s character has been kept under wraps as of now. The makers have begun the pre-production for the movie and Shah Rukh Khan is supposedly going to kickstart the untitled project after wrapping up his ambitious project, Pathan.
