Hina Khan has been in the news lately related to the fifth season of Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural television series, Naagin. While the actress was reportedly the first choice for the franchise and was earlier approached but couldn’t make it due to date issues, Ekta Kapoor has finally managed to get her for a prominent character in Naagin 5. Hina Khan will be seen setting the pace of the upcoming season of revenge saga with storytelling.
Hina Khan will reportedly set the story of the fifth season of Naagin rolling before the actual ‘Naagin‘ Surbhi Chandna takes it forward. While there has been no official announcement from the makers of the show or from the actress regarding her part in the show, co-actor Mohit Malhotra had earlier confirmed the news during a media encounter. The latest report suggests that the actress will commence shooting for the show tomorrow with proper precautionary measures in place.
Khan will shoot a few episodes for the show with a reduced crew and proper safety actions enforced at the sets of the supernatural show. Along with Hina Khan, Surbhi Chandna and Mohit Malhotra, Dheeraj Dhoopar will also be seen playing a prominent character in the television show. Dheeraj earlier had expressed his excitement to be a part of the successful franchise.
