Former captain of the Indian national cricket team, Mahendra Singh Dhoni announced in October 2022 that he would be producing films. With a strong connection to Chennai, where he plays for the state’s domestic T20 league, on January 27, he revealed the title and cast of his first Tamil film production.
MS Dhoni’s production company, Dhoni Entertainment Pvt Ltd, announced the title and lead actors of his debut film as a producer on social media. The film, titled “Let’s Get Married”, features an animated motion poster that gives a glimpse of the cast, which includes Harish Kalyan, Ivana, Nadia and Yogi Babu. The poster shows a caravan on a forested road.

Ramesh Tamilmani will mark his directorial debut with the family entertainer film. The shooting of the film is set to be completed soon. Nadia and Yogi Babu will have important roles in the film. Viswajith will compose the music, and the editing will be done by Pradeep Ragav, who has previously worked on Tamil films such as Kathakali, Tik Tik Tik, Comali, and Love Today.
