365 Days fame Italian actor, Michele Morrone, enjoys a great social media following and his posts go viral in no time. However, his recent Instagram photo featuring co-actor Simone Susinna sparked a huge rumour that he is coming out as gay. Many leading publications stated the same and now the actor has addressed the rumours while maintaining respect for the LGBT community.

Michele took to his Instagram story to share a video of himself addressing the recent rumour around his sexuality and confirmed that it was merely confusion. In the shared video clips, the actor could be heard saying, “This morning, I woke up with my team calling me and saying, ‘Hey, there’s a lot of articles…saying that you came out,’ because of the picture I took with Simone. He became a very good friend of mine, we’re like brothers. We’re shooting a movie together. Guys, it was just a picture. Nothing more.”

The 365 Days actor further stated that he is a big supporter of the LGBT community and assured that addressing the rumours has nothing against it. “And by the way…I’m a very big supporter of the LGBT community. But we’re just talking about a normal picture. I didn’t come out,” he said. Michele also apologized for the confusion created because of his recent post.

“So, I’m so sorry for the confusion. As I said, I’m a big supporter of the LGBT community. There’s a lot of young guys and young girls…they would love to come out but they don’t do it because of their families. You know, happiness is priceless, guys,” he concluded.
