Bollywood’s next big action spectacle is in the making, as Lakshya, Tiger Shroff, and Janhvi Kapoor are reportedly joining forces for a high-energy action drama under Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Although an official announcement is still awaited, reports suggest that the project has been in quiet development and is now gearing up for production.
According to sources, the film will be helmed by Raj Mehta and will revolve around a gripping revenge storyline. “The project is in its final stage of preparation, and Raj plans to begin shooting by November,” revealed an insider. The film is expected to pit Tiger and Lakshya against each other in a face-off packed with intense action and emotional depth.
The source added, “Karan wanted a story that blends raw emotion with large-scale entertainment. He’s confident that Raj Mehta will strike the right balance between masala storytelling and powerful action.” Janhvi Kapoor is also set to play a key role in the film, adding further star power to the ensemble.
Lakshya, who recently appeared in Netflix’s The Ba***ds of Bollywood, has been in the spotlight not just for his performance but also for his admiration of Aryan Khan’s creative vision. Speaking on Raj Shamani’s podcast, Lakshya praised Aryan’s unique storytelling instincts, saying, “He has that rare combination of passion, aggression, and conviction that sets great directors apart. Even before reading the script, I knew he would create something special.”
Meanwhile, Tiger Shroff was last seen in Baaghi 4, directed by A. Harsha and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Known for its adrenaline-pumping stunts and gripping action, the film featured Tiger in one of his most intense performances, alongside a strong supporting cast including Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Sandhu, Sonam Bajwa, and Shreyas Talpade.
With this new project, fans can expect a thrilling blend of emotion, rivalry, and blockbuster-scale action.
