Get set ready for another mind boggling season of Biswa Kalyan Rath’s ‘Laakhon Mein Ek’  anthology series for Amazon Prime Videos Exclusive, this time into the deep rooted medical black market through Dr. Shreya Pathare played by Shweta Tripathi.

The official trailer of the upcoming season was released recently which takes us through the dark gritty world of medical crimes that takes place in Sitalpur, a village in the Indian state of Maharashtra.

Dr. Shreya (Tripathi) who is a honest junior doctor, believes in doing  and performing her duties without bowing down to the people in or of power. She is sent to Sitalpur to conduct a Cataract Camp in Sitalpur, however, the villagers aren’t too open to the idea, mainly due to their past experiences with medical camp operators, doctors and dirty politics that’s played with them in the disguise of these camps.

Shreya who faces resistance and discovers the medical black market operations in the village,  is on a mission to fight the corrupt, and bring about a change in the system that has been failing its people repeatedly. But is it that easy? The stakes are high and all she has is her own determination and honesty to support her.

Produced by Only Much Louder (OML) Productions, just like  the previous season this season shall also see Biswa playing a brief yet pivotal character.

Don’t forget to tune into Dr. Shreya’s exhilarating mission to right the wrong from April 12 onwards.
