The recent release, Spider-Man: No Way Home, lived up to the extreme hype the fans had created for the third instalment of the franchise with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and while the fans are still trying to control their excitement, the head honcho of Marvel Studios has confirmed working on more Spider-Man movies with Tom Holland playing the famous web-slinger.

Without sharing any spoilers, the most recent Marvel movie, Spider-Man: No Way Home, opened up many possibilities in the MCU and the fans are excitedly waiting to learn about the fate of the future MCU projects with the popular superhero character of Spider-Man. While it was recently reported that Tom Holland might retire from his character in the MCU after the success of No Way Home but Kevin Feige is going all out to carry forward the story and release the next movie sooner possible.

In a recent interview with New York Times, Kevin confirmed that he is in active talks with Sony and Disney about the future projects with Tom Holland and the fans might not have to wait for years like last time. “Amy and I and Disney and Sony are talking about — yes, we’re actively beginning to develop where the story heads next, which I only say outright because I don’t want fans to go through any separation trauma like what happened after Far From Home,” he said.

While Kevin kept it tight-lipped about the fourth possible instalment in the Spider-Man franchise, Amy Pascal hinted that the ending of the last release will set the path for the story of the next movie. “We are getting ready to make the next Spider-Man movie with Tom Holland and Marvel. We’re thinking of this as three films, and now we’re going to go on to the next three. This is not the last of our MCU movies,” he further added confirming as many as three possible projects in the franchise.

Helmed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: No Way Home features Tom Holland, Zendaya and Benedict Cumberbatch in the leads with a stellar cast comprising of Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, Thomas Haden Church, Jamie Foxx, Marisa Tomei, Jacob Batalon, Rhys Ifans and J.K. Simmons among others.
