Indian actor Kartik Aaryan is riding high on the success of his recent outing, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which managed to enter the 100 crore club with ease. The sequel to the 2007 horror comedy lived up to the expectations of the fans and currently grossing high at the box office. Following the success of the recent release, some media reports claimed that the lead actor, Kartik Aaryan, has hiked his fee to ₹35-40 crore per movie.
Reacting to the rumours of a fee hike after the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik Aaryan opened up and refuted the reports with his quirky tweet, “Promotion hua hai life mein. Increment nahi. Baseless.” Earlier, Kartik had shared a picture of himself enjoying his newly found success after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 cross the 100 crore milestone. “100 crore wali smile #BhoolBhulaiyaa2,” his tweet read.

Helmed by Anees Bazmee, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 takes the franchise forward with another successful instalment with Kartik Aaryan leading the way. The movie also features Kiara Advani, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Amar Upadhyay, Sanjay Mishra, Milind Gunaji, and Karmveer Choudhary in key roles.
