Kartik Aaryan is on a roll with back to back projects from big production houses. The Luka Chuppi actor, who is preparing for the remake of classic hit Pati, Patni Aur Woh, has reportedly bought a flat in Versova for a whopping 1.6 crore Indian rupees.
After establishing a career in Bollywood and bagging a number of big franchises, Kartik Aaryan finally decided to buy a home for himself in the city of Mumbai. According to a report in DNA, Kartik has bought a property of 1.6 crores along with a stamp duty of 9.6 lakh. The flat he bought is located on Yari Road in Versova and it is the same flat where he used to live as a paying guest after relocating to Mumbai to pursue a career in acting.
According to the report, Kartik Aaryan has bought the property on the name of his mother and the flat is on the fifth floor of the building located in Rajkiran Co-op Housing Society with a carpet area of 459 sq ft.
On the work front, Kartik Aaryan is locked for the sequel of blockbuster movies, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Love Aaj Kal and the remake of Pati, Patni Aur Woh.
