Ever since Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan came together for the sequel of the blockbuster movie, Love Aaj Kal, speculations started doing rounds over the internet that the two were dating each other. However, their relationship rumours came to an end when it was reported that the two parted ways post the completion of Imtiaz Ali directorial.
Reportedly, Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan met each other at the sets of romantic drama, Aaj Kal, and fell in love with each other. During the shooting of the movie, the alleged ex-couple were seen hanging out together in and out of the city and the actor even flew to Bangkok to celebrate the birthday of Sara Ali Khan. However, a recent report suggests that the two royally ignored each other at a recent awards night.
According to a source which was present at the award show, Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan sat at distant seats and didn’t even exchange greetings with each other, despite they have a release coming up together in a couple of months. While the two maintained a distance and avoided crossing paths, it is evident that things are not right between the co-stars.
On the work front, Imtiaz Ali directorial, Aaj Kal, is a sequel to the blockbuster romantic drama, Love Aaj Kal, which starred Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan as the central characters. Aaj Kal stars Sara Ali Khan, Kartik Aaryan and Randeep Hooda in prominent characters and is slated to release on the 14th February 2020.
