The recent controversy over The Kapil Sharma Show started when the Shaktimaan actor was missing from the show for a reunion of the Mahabharat team and it doesn’t seem to end anytime soon. On missing the episode, Mukesh Khanna had called the show full of vulgarity and double meaning content. While the host Kapil Sharma had recently reacted to the statement, Mukesh Sharma has again commented on the same and emphasised calling the show ‘vulgar’.

Recently, Kapil Sharma had given a subtle response to the Shaktimaan actor’s comments and said that he and his team work hard to bring a smile on everyone’s face and he would like to concentrate on his work. Reaction to the reaction of Kapil Sharma on the ongoing verbal spat, Mukesh Khanna has again taken a dig at Kapil Sharma’s comedy show. “The issue was not about making people smile or laugh. The issue was about the method of making people smile or laugh. When did I say don’t make people laugh? There is nothing better in the world today than bringing a smile on people’s faces,” Mukesh Khanna told to a news daily.

“There should be shaaleenta in making people smile, which is not there on Kapil’s show. Phuhadta aur ashleelta hai unke show mein. And this has not been happening on his show since the pandemic. This has been happening for a long time now, and I want that the focus should be on that issue,” the actor further added emphasising that the show has been making lewd jokes even before the lockdown.
