Kangana Ranaut sends legal notice to Forbes India for putting wrong information about her income, read report

Forbes India is the leading business and finance magazine of the country and it recently released its list of top 100 highest earning celebrities of India for the financial year. While Virat Kohli claimed the top position followed by Salman Khan in the second spot, Kangana Ranaut doesn’t seem to be happy to be on the 70th position with the mentioned nett earning of 17.5 crores.

While Virat Kohli became the talk of the town to become the first sportsperson to surpass Bollywood celebrities in terms of income, Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel took to her social media handle to lash out at the business magazine. In her tweet, Rangoli Chandel claimed that Kangana Ranaut pays more tax than the income mentioned in the magazine and challenged Forbes India to prove their analysis.

While Forbes India maintained silence at the controversy and refused to entertain the requests of the Ranaut sisters, Rangoli Chandel recently tweeted that they have sent a legal notice to the magazine and attached a picture of the same. Known to be vocal about everything, Rangoli Chandel has asked Forbes India to reveal their sources or be ready for the consequences.

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut will soon be seen portraying the life of a national level Kabbadi player in the upcoming sports-drama, Panga, which is helmed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and slated to release on 24 January 2020.
