While the entire country is in anguish and despair after the brutal rape and murder of Dr. Priyanka Reddy in Hyderabad, India, many television and movie personalities shared their aggression and thoughts condemning the horrifying incident. Joining the bandwagon, Kabir Singh director, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, also condemned the heinous crime and demanded harsh punishment for the perpetrators. However, it didn’t go well with Twitterati.

Brutal sentence will set an example. Now every girl in the country needs a firm guarantee. I request @warangalpolice to come into action.#RIPPriyankaReddy (sic)”
