After the success of the action thriller Satyameva Jayate, John Abraham is to make a comeback with a standalone sequel of the movie with Divya Khosla Kumar as the female lead opposite John.
John Abraham took to his social media handle to announce the second instalment of the franchise along with the release date of the movie, which is 2 October 2020.

Satyameva Jayate revolved around the life of a vigilante who eliminates corrupt officers from the Indian system meanwhile seeking revenge for his father. The sequel of the 2018 film will deal with the same subject but the two will have no connection in between.
Satyameva Jayate 2 will star John Abraham and Divya Khosla Kumar in the lead characters while the movie will be helmed by Milap Zaveri who directed the first instalment of the franchise as well.
