The country is struggling with the new wave of Coronavirus and it is being speculated that India has entered a stage 3 pandemic. While the entire country and governments are trying to curb the spread of the virus and break the chain of viral spread, actor Jimmy Sheirgill has been booked alongside 34 others for shooting during the lockdown hours.

Like many state governments, Punjab has informed night curfews to control the pandemic crisis and break the chain of infection. The state has imposed a lockdown between 6pm and 5am as a precautionary measure to avoid transmissions. During these lockdown hours, Jimmy Sheirgill was caught shooting with the crew of his upcoming web series in Ludhiana.

The actor was reportedly shooting for the web series, Your Honor, at Arya Senior Secondary School at 8pm, two hours after the curfew was informed in the city. When Punjab police reached the location, around 150 crew members were shooting for a court scene at the school. The actor who plays the central character in the show was booked alongside 34 other crew members for violating the curfew and putting others at the risk of infection.
