A few days back, producer of the popular television show, Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke, Rajan Shahi, accused his lead actor Ritvik Arora of unprofessionalism and stated that he is looking for a new actor to replace him. While the actor defended himself, Rajan Shahi has reportedly found the character of Kunal Rajvansh in Ishqbaaz fame Avinash Mishra.
Ritvik Arora reportedly asked for almost a double hike in his pay to continue shooting for the daily soap amid the dangers of COVID-19 and had a fallout with the producer. Rajan Shahi opened up on the episode and accused the actor of unprofessionalism. Shahi had further stated that it was Ritvik’s father who asked for the pay hike and accused him of ill-talking and not willing to understand the situation arose due to the ongoing pandemic. Meanwhile, Ritvik maintained that he has not been able to resume shoots considering Coronavirus scare.
Meanwhile, the latest report related to the development of the daily soap claims that Ritvik Arora has been replaced by Avinash Mishra who is best known for his work in another popular television drama, Ishqbaaz. While the makers had approached many popular names in the industry including Rohit Purohit and Abhishek Malik to play the lead, Kunal Rajvansh, they zeroed down to Avinash as their new lead in the show. However, neither the makers not the actor has publically announced or confirmed the news.
Besides Avinash Mishra, Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke stars Shaheer Sheikh, Rhea Sharma, and Kaveri Priyam in prominent characters and has been enjoying great response from the audience for its gripping storyline.
