The internet went crazy after Salman Khan announced that he would be reuniting with the renowned director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for the romantic drama Inshallah. However, after the actor announced that the movie has been shelved, it broke the hearts of millions. After the announcement that Inshallah would not be releasing on the occasion of Eid, several reports started been doing rounds over the internet that the director is finding a replacement for Salman Khan.

After rumours started doing rounds that Shah Rukh Khan has signed the dotted line to star opposite Alia Bhatt in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the latest reports suggest that Hrithik Roshan is in talks with Sanjay Leela Bhansali to take the project forward.

According to a source close to the development, the makers of the movie have invested a hefty amount in the pre-production of the movie and they are not planning to shelve the project. Recently, Hrithik Roshan had a meeting with the director and if the rumours have to be believed, they discussed Inshallah, although an official announcement is yet to be made.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt will be a part of the project with or without Salman Khan playing the lead.
