The ‘Greek God of Bollywood’, Hrithik Roshan, was last seen in the blockbuster action thriller, War, alongside Tiger Shroff, and his fans have been eagerly waiting to see him again on the big screen. While the actor has much-awaited Krrish 4 and Fighters in his calendar, he has reportedly signed a Hindi remake of the critically-acclaimed Tamil-language thriller, Vikram Vedha.

According to a leading tabloid, Hrithik Roshan has started prepping for the Hindi remake and is undergoing an intense transformation to play the dreaded gangster, Vedha. Hrithik is expected to add a distinct touch to his character in the adaptation which will also mark his silver jubilee in Bollywood. The tabloid quotes the source, “Right from the work on body language to the diction and look, he has been in the space of this gangster over the last two months, building his on-screen persona.”

While the title of the Hindi remake is yet to be decided, the makers have started pre-production with the aim to get the movie on the floors in the coming months. The Hindi remake will also be helmed by the original director duo of Pushkar and Gayathri. While there has been no confirmation about the cast of the movie, earlier reports also suggested that Saif Ali Khan will be running in the shoes of R. Madhavan to play the pragmatic policeman, Vikram.
