Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR are set to create cinematic fireworks as they join forces for War 2, an eagerly anticipated instalment in the YRF Spy Universe. The pairing of these two powerhouses has heightened anticipation, especially following Hrithik’s captivating cameo in Tiger 3, directed by Ayan Mukerji. After concluding the first schedule in Spain in October 2023, the second leg is poised to unfold in Abu Dhabi, commencing in February 2024.
According to insiders cited in a Mid-Day report, NTR Jr, presently engrossed in shooting his 30th film under Koratala Siva’s direction, will seamlessly transition to the first schedule of War 2. Aditya Chopra and Ayan Mukerji have orchestrated a grand action sequence to introduce him to the film. The shooting, which includes both Hrithik and Jr. NTR, is scheduled to kick off in Mumbai, spanning over a month. The initial focus will be on capturing the dramatic sequences, followed by the adrenaline-pumping action segments.
The leading lady for this cinematic spectacle is Kiara Advani, adding to the star-studded cast. Fans can mark their calendars for a visual treat as War 2 is slated for release on the Republic Day weekend in 2025.
