‘Home’ is the new head turner of Ekta Kapoor’s digital platform ‘AltBalaji’. The web viewers are getting to see the producer invest in Contents way different from what we see her producing for Television. The platform has a variety of shows in a different genres. They are rich, gritty, raw, bold, real and most importantly creatively gratifying and viewer consuming.

Starring Annu Kapoor, Supriya Pilgaonkar,  Amol Parshar, Parikshit Sahani, Himani Shivpuri,  Chetna Pandey,  directed by Habib Faisal, this new upcoming web series hits the middle class sensibilities in the most sensitive manner. Faisal was also the director of Rishi Kapoor starrer Do Duni Chaar, which yet again revolved around the story of a middle class family.

For a middle class family having a house of their own is a big achievement and a matter of pride, it’s their whole life. It takes them ages to build and nurture it. What happens when you save every penny to build a  house to call it your Home, your personal safe haven, only for it to be taken away because of someone else’s mistakes?

Inspired by true events, the show is for sure to take you on an emotional roller coaster when you see a middle class family fighting it to save their ‘Home’, their hopes, beliefs from getting demolished by the corrupt and law institutions.

This heart touching tale is for sure going to ignite your hope within to fight for what is yours and make you feel more closer to your family and Home.  The show starts streaming on the AltBalaji app and website on 29th August 2018.
