Tiger Shroff is currently prepping the sequel of his debut Bollywood movie, Heropanti, and it is touted to be mounted on a much bigger scale. However, in wake of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and the increase of cases in Europe, the makers of Heropanti 2 have dropped the plans to shot major chunks of the movie in Europe.

According to a report close to the development of the movie, Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria starrer Heropanti 2 will not be shot across Europe which was the initial plan of the makers. Although the graph of COVID-19 cases has started to flatten in the country at the moment, the pandemic is on a rise in and around Europe and the makers of the movie are in no mood to risk the health of the cast and crew of Heropanti 2.

Now the makers are exploring exotic locations in the home country to film the actioner which will also be a cheaper alternative. The team is currently doing reconnaissance at various locations in India and will finalize the suitable alternatives as per the plot of the movie.

Talking about the sequel, Heropanti 2 is to be helmed by Ahmed Khan while Sajid Nadiadwala bankrolls the project with a hefty budget. The sequel to 2017’s romantic-comedy features Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria in the leads.
