Tom Hardy is back in an intense, action-packed role. Netflix dropped the teaser for Havoc on February 26, 2025, giving fans a glimpse of the upcoming crime thriller. Though nearly a minute long, the teaser features just 40 seconds of gripping footage, packed with high-stakes action and tension.
Hardy plays a detective caught in a dangerous mission. The teaser opens with his character mentioning a crime scene with nine bodies, setting the tone for a brutal story. It then shifts to an underground operation, where we get a first look at Timothy Olyphant’s character. Soon after, Hardy’s detective confronts the antagonist, played by Forest Whitaker, who delivers a menacing threat. As reported by Variety, the film follows Hardy’s character as he navigates a web of crime and corruption while trying to rescue a politician’s kidnapped son.
The teaser promises a high-octane experience, featuring explosive gunfights, intense hand-to-hand combat, and a raw sense of danger. The action sequences take viewers through dark passageways, chaotic streets, underground clubs, and abandoned lots, capturing the relentless struggle of a cop fighting to protect the city. While the storyline may sound familiar, the execution—judging by the teaser—sets Havoc apart.
