Siddhant Chaturvedi ruled the hearts of many with his performance as MC Sher in the Zoya Akhtar directorial Gully Boy. After receiving critical appreciation for his performance, many big production houses approached him for their upcoming projects and the latest update is that he is committed with Yash Raj Films.
According to a report by the leading Bollywood gossips portal, Pinkvilla, Siddhant Chaturvedi was in talks with Yash Raj Films for quite some time and he has signed a contract with the giant production house two days ago. According to the source, Siddhant will star in a romantic comedy along with a new generation actress who has been kept under wraps so far.
Meanwhile, Zoya Akhtar has considered him for a spin-off of his character, MC Sher, from the musical drama, Gully Boy. He will also reprise his role in the second season of Inside Edge. The YRF romcom may go on the floors by the end of this year.
