The film has opened in 20 locations across 4 circuits in India, including notable cities like Mumbai, Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, and Bihar. However, it is worth noting that the national chains have reportedly not included the movie in their screening lineup. Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai has received a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and boasts a runtime of 2 hours, 12 minutes, and 50 seconds.

Produced by Bhanushali Studios Limited, Zee Studios, and Suparn S Varma, Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai draws inspiration from true events.
