Days ago, actress Poonam Pandey was detained in Goa for trespassing a government property and shooting an obscene video. While the actress and her husband have been reportedly granted bail, actor and model Milind Soman is walking the same road for running naked at a Goa Beach.
Milind Soman had recently shared a picture of himself running naked on Goa beach celebrating his 55th birthday but it didn’t go well with the law. While his bold photo was praised by many, the majority questioned the equality in the system after Poonam Pandey’s arrest for a similar reason. Following the backlash, an FIR has been registered at the Colva Police Station in the district of South Goa.
As per the report, a case against model-actor Milind Soman has been filed under Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code and other sections of the IT Act for obscenity at the Goa beach. Meanwhile, Milind Soman and his wife Ankita Konwar have been sharing pictures of their stay in Goa as part of the former’s birthday celebration.
