After the two years of success of URI: The Surgical Strike, the trio of Vicky Kaushal, Aditya Dhar and Ronnie Screwvala are coming together for another project, The Immortal Ashwatthama. The movie was announced earlier by the makers and now the team has unveiled the first look of the mythological drama with Vicky Kaushal playing the lead.

Sharing the first look teaser poster, the production house, RSVP Movies, tweeted, “Raising the bar higher for the superhero genre not only in India but across the world, this film is a high-concept visual spectacle in the making. From the team that brought to you URI The Surgical Strike, presenting @vickykaushal09 in and as #TheImmortalAshwatthama”.

Vicky Kaushal also took to his social media handle to celebrate two years of URI: The Surgical Strike and shared two posters of his upcoming movie with the caption, “Overwhelmed and ecstatic!  On the 2nd anniversary of ‘URI-The Surgical Strike’, the team gives you a glimpse into the world of #TheImmortalAshwatthama Cannot wait to get onto this journey with the dream team of  @AdityaDharFilms @RonnieScrewvala @RSVPMovies @soniakanwar22”.

Featuring Vicky Kaushal in and as The Immortal Ashwatthama, the Aditya Dhar directorial will go on the floors this year and is touted to be the greatest visual spectacle of the year with a futuristic setting that can be seen in the movie posters.
