Recently, Kapil Dev shared how director Kabir Khan and actor Ranveer Singh are taking care of every detail of his personality and the first look of the movie is the proof of his statement. The former skipper of Indian cricket team said that Ranveer is not only transforming his looks to resemble him but he is also picking up the accent and aggression that Kapil Dev had as a fast bowler.
Ranveer Singh has been busy shooting for the movie along with wife, Deepika Padukone, who is playing his on-screen wife as well. Other prominent casts in the movie include Pankaj Tripathi, Saqib Saleem, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jatin Sharma, Ammy Virk, and Hardy Sandhu. Directed by Kabir Khan, 83 is scheduled for a release on 10th April of 2020.
