Pulanaivu, which means ‘Investigation’ upon translation, has been hitting the right chores ever since the movie was announced. The speculated thriller had been kept under wraps but on the 49th birthday of Arvind Swami, a first look of the movie was unveiled by Anirudh Ravichander.

Composer Anirudh took to Twitter to wish him on his birthday and took the opportunity to unveil the much-awaited first look of the movie. The poster shows Arvind’s face drawn on a city map and surrounded by newspaper cutouts and notes. The poster gives away major hints about the thriller with the keywords like kidnap, escape, detective, investigating, suicide, and crime embedded in the poster.

Directed by Santhosh P Jayakumar, Pulanaivu is bankrolled by Etcetra Entertainment and stars Arvind Swami as the central character. However, the makers haven’t announced the rest of the cast which makes the upcoming thriller an ongoing mystery. The Tamil language film is expected to hit the theatres by the end of this year.
