Everyone is excited about the remake of the classic comedy hit Coolie No 1 with Varun Dhawan running in the shoes of Govinda and Sara Ali Khan donning the character of Karisma Kapoor. While the movie is being shot at the Filmistan Studio in Goregaon, Mumbai, recently a fire broke out on the sets of the movie.
According to the reports, 15 workers who were on the sets of Coolie No 1 called the fire station and police when a fire broke out at the sets of the comic movie after midnight. Firemen arrived on time and the fire was put out without any reported casualty. The reason for the incident is yet to be confirmed while the damage to the sets and film property is said to be minimal.

The movie helmed by David Dhawan began its first leg of shooting in Bangkok last month. The movie stars Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan in the leads along with Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Rajat Rawail and Johnny Lever in prominent characters. Bankrolled by Vashu Bhagnani, the movie is slated to a release on 1 May 2020.
