Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan made headlines with his charm with his Bollywood debut with Khoobsurat opposite Sonam Kapoor in 2014 but left the Indian industry after his last appearance in 2016 in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. However, after 8 years, the actor is all prepared to make a comeback alongside Vaani Kapoor.
Fawad Khan had many anticipated projects in Bollywood before the political tensions between India and Pakistan worsened in 2016 and several Pakistani artists faced restrictions on working in India. However, the ban was lifted in December last year and if reports are to be believed, Fawad Khan has signed a Bollywood movie already.
The reports claim that Fawad’s next Bollywood venture has already begun pre-production and London has been confirmed as the initial shooting location for the movie. The makers are, however, keeping the details under wraps to maximize the impact of an official announcement.
On the other side, Fawad Khan has a busy lineup ahead starting with ZEE5 and Zindagi’s Barzakh, set for a July 19 release globally. This will be followed by Shandur, apparently set for the SonyLIV platform. He also has Pakistan’s first Netflix project Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo. The actor also is producing and starring in Neelofar with Mahira Khan.
Meanwhile, his co-actor Vaani Kapoor will next be seen alongside Ajay Devgn in the upcoming sequel to the 2018 crime thriller, Raid. She also has Akshay Kumar-led Khel Khel Mein and Mandala Murders in her kitty.
