Filmmaker Nag Ashwin’s upcoming sci-fi thriller, Project K, is currently one of the most anticipated movies in the making and the movie is touted to be the country’s most expensive movie to date. While the movie has been topping headlines ever since it was announced with a stellar star cast comprising Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan, the makers have roped in another A-lister to play a key role.
Indian actor Disha Patani has been roped in to play a key role in the VFX heavy entertainer and she took to her social media handle to share her onboarding hamper. The diva shared a picture of the special gift received from the makers of the movie with the note, “Dear Disha, Project K welcomes you. We are thrilled to have you onboard.”
While more details on her character have not been unveiled, it is certain that her inclusion has made the movie one notch more interesting. The sci-fi thriller will be helmed by Nag Ashwin with pan-India superstar Prabhas headlining the story with Deepika Padukone. We expect more actors to join the crew once the movie production gains momentum.
On the other hand, Disha Patani has a number of exciting projects in her kitty. While she was last seen sharing screen space with Salman Khan in the action thriller, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, she will next be seen in the Ek Villain sequel and Siddharth Malhotra starrer Yoddha. She also has the titular role in the Balaji’s production KTina.
