Rajamouli is working on another period action drama and the audiences are leaving no stones unturned to build up the hype. While motion posters and the logo of the movie have created a furore over the streaming and social media platforms, the latest update is that the makers have been approached for the digital and satellite rights of the movie with a whopping 200 crore rupees deal.

The Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer action-movie, RRR is expected to be the biggest blockbuster of the upcoming year and Star Network has offered the unbelievable deal for the rights. Considering the vast user base of Star Network covering multi-lingual regions including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam, it is said to attract a great viewership across al the official released languages. On the other hand, Star Network’s streaming platform, Disney+ Hotstar, is also said to have the largest subscriber base in the country among its rivals.

The source also informs that the makers of RRR are not seeking a digital route for the premiere of their period drama and therefore, the movie will be available on the streaming platform and television only after it has run its theatrical run.
