Bollywood’s long-legged actress, Deepika Padukone, is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming drama, Chhapaak, based on the life of an acid attack survivor. While the actress is known to go candid on promotional events for her movies, in one such media encounters, Deepika was asked about her pregnancy rumours and received a fitting reply.
At the event, Deepika Padukone was prodded on her pregnancy rumours doing rounds over the internet and her reply left others amused at the event. “Do I look like I’m pregnant? I will ask you when I will plan (to have a family). If you give me permission then I will plan. If I become pregnant, then you will see that in nine months,” the Chhapaak actress replied to the question.
Deepika Padukone also revealed about her upcoming untitled movie with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday as she said that the shooting will commence in the month of March. Earlier, filmmaker Karan Johar confirmed the release date of the untitled project to be 12 February 2021.
Coming to her next release, trailer and tracks of Chhapaak are well-received by the audiences and the movie is expected to do a great business at the box office owing to the tear-jerking performance of Deepika Padukone in the movie. The Meghna Gulzar directorial also stars Vikrant Massey in the prominent character. Chhapaak is slated to hit the theatres on the 10th day of January.
