Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput left for his heavenly abode in the month of June but even after months of his unfortunate demise, the probe is still going forward with new developments almost every day. While the alleged drug nexus transferred the attention of many, the latest development in the CBI probe could be the biggest so far.

As per the news channel R Republic, the CBI is likely to add Section 302, which stands for the murder charge, in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise. While the news is yet to be verified from the officials, the late actor’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti took to her social media handle to share a snapshot of the news headline and wrote, “Finally!! CBI to file a case under SECTION 302 #Revolution4SSR.”

Shweta Singh Kirti, who has been vocal about the case, believes that it could bring the probe to a conclusion and give justice to his younger brother. We are calling it #Revolution4SSR.” Days ago, the AIIMS forensic team had submitted their report on Sushant’s post-mortem and viscera reports.

Earlier, the lawyer of the late actor’s father alleged that CBI is delaying the probe and the case is diverted to NCB’s investigation in the alleged drug nexus. However, CBI replied to the allegations in a public statement and said that they are not dismissing any possibility.
