Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya made a noteworthy entry into the box office on its opening day, raking in 7.02 crores, aligning with the projected 7-8 crores range. Although hitting the midpoint of the forecasted range would have been preferable, the film’s performance ensured a secure start, steering clear of the 6-6.50 crores zone.

Considering the limitations inherent to the genre, a comparison with last year’s release, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, with a larger cast and an established director, reveals that Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya has held its ground impressively.

The film’s strategic approach involved a strong opening, with subsequent growth driven by positive word of mouth during evening and night shows. As expected, footfalls increased throughout the day. However, it’s worth noting that the film’s release extends beyond the conventional scope of the genre, potentially achieving a brighter occupancy with a more restrained release—around 50%-75% of the allocated screens.

Despite this, Saturday has started positively for Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, with indications pointing towards a trajectory heading for the 10 crores mark.
