Get set ready to see Saif Ali Khan in yet another dynamic avtaar in his upcoming movie ‘Baazaar’ produced by Emmay Entertainment and Viacom Motion pictures in association with Kyta Productions and B4U Pictures, directed by Gauravv K Chawla.
Saif who has had a pretty much inconsistent filmy career, is known for his unconventional choices in movie projects. After his successful stint as Inspector Sartaj Singh in India’s first Netflix Originals series ‘Sacred Games’ directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane, the actor will be seen playing an intimidating Stock market mogul named Shakun Kothari.
Starring along side the actor is Radhika Apte, Chitrangda and new comer Rohan Mehra in other pivotal characters. The team released the official trailer of the movie recently, that gives us a glimpse into the world of Shakun Kothari and his money market.
“To become a big man, one needs to cross the line” is what is said in the trailer. Rohan who plays the character of Rizwan Ahmed is an aspiring Shakun Kothari, but is he ready to cross all the lines to become his idol? This would be Radhika’s second time to team up with Saif after ‘Sacred Games’. She plays the love interest of Rizwan and also an employee of Shakun’s firm.
Saif Ali Khan in his single white striped hair style looks every bit suave, shrewd, enigmatic and invincible in the trailer, everything that makes him Shakun Kothari. He is set to change the game of stock market, the man who plays in Maths and numbers and not in emotions. Chitrangda who plays his wife seems to be the one who keeps his moral compass in check from the trailer at least.
The trailer has for sure left us intrigued and look forward to the release of this mind crime thriller. The release date of ‘Baazaar’ is set to be on 26th October 2018.
