The curtains are finally pulled off the most awaited biopic of 2019 on Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray with the trailer that released on Wednesday. The trailer spanning almost 3 minutes also shows Amrita Rao, portraying the character of his wife Meenatai Thackeray.

Amrita  last seen in ‘Singh Saab The Great’ is making her come back in movies  after a long hiatus. Nawaz who is essaying Thackeray on screen is makes a compelling impact through his body language and strong resemblance with the character and the trailer promises to thrill you with its realistic appeal.

‘Thackeray’ is the third biopic in a row played by Nawazuddin after ‘Manjhi’ and ‘Manto’, which were critically acclaimed and the actor did legitimate justice to the characters.
