2015 blockbuster Bajrangi Bhaijaan became an instant hit amongst the audience and fans enjoyed the iconic performance by Salman Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the unique screenplay. While the movie remains memorable, fans have been requesting for the longest for a sequel. Salman Khan recently hinted at the same and his fans rejoice only to learn that Kabir Khan hasn’t even thought of the idea.
Megastar Salman Khan recently announced a sequel to his much-loved movie, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, during a promotional event of the highly-anticipated upcoming movie, RRR. The actor hinted at Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 during the event and when filmmaker Karan Johar questioned if it could be counted as an official announcement, the actor replied in affirmative. However, filmmaker Kabir Khan, who helmed the much-loved first part, has refused to share any confirmation.
During a media interaction on the promotional event of his upcoming movie 83, director Kabir Khan was asked about the sequel to Bajrangi Bhaijaan. However, the director refused to make any confirmation and claimed that nothing has been materialized so far. “I would like to only speak about 83 right now. That announcement is something that Salman did. Neither the script is written, nor has the idea been formed really. There is literally nothing right now we can talk about,” he said.
